How significant is it to look at and understand the biases we bring into spaces? What does it look like for spaces to be safe for all that inhabit it? This session is designed to better equip youth workers to provide students and their families with safe and healthy relationships. The training focuses on creating safe spaces, practicing cultural humility, and discussing case studies to practically apply what we learn. We will develop a common language and understanding about how to best serve different cultures.
